The multi millionaire property developer, Grant Bovey, is planning a £200m company flotation on the london Stock Exchange late next year. The company is to be valued at around £200 million. Grant Bovey is consdidering floating on the AIM and has said that he would like to grow the business to a £1bn turnover but he felt that would not be achieved until 2007. Mr Bovey is the sole owner and has booked profits in the current first six months of the year of £120m with £13m worth of pre tax profits.
Imagine Homes allows investors to purchase properties with guaranteed tenants and an existing rental yield for the first two years. After that you can sell up, find your own tenants or keep your original tenants. You must also pay for a furnishing pack that the company feel allows you to immediately enter your property on to the market fully furnished.
